Shipping:

All orders placed before 10:30AM MST  (GMT -8) are shipped the same business day. After that cutoff time, we ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer ground shipping as well as 2-day shipping vis USPS.

Ground service will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, the carrier is chosen automatically by our system based on best shipping carrier for your delivery address. Most orders arrive in 3 – 7 business days.

2-day shipping is shipped via USPS Express.

International Shipping

We don't ship outside of the United States as of now.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered), please contact our Customer Support team at middldleforkfly.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note, a package is not considered lost until a missing parcel claim has been filed and confirmed by the postmaster. Once the carrier confirms that the package is no longer in transit and is considered lost, we will proceed with the next steps.

Middlefork Fly Co. is not responsible for theft once the package has been marked as delivered. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check all potential safe locations around your property.

  • Verify with household members or neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf.

  • Contact your mail carrier directly.
